Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation).

Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty or not as described.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or an error was made by us.
To request a return or exchange, please email us at contact@soem.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and issue a refund, exchange, or store credit, as applicable.
