Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation).

• Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty or not as described.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or an error was made by us.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at contact@soem.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and issue a refund, exchange, or store credit, as applicable.
