These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Online Store Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website, or have the permission of a parent/guardian.

  • You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2. Products & Availability

  • We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that colours or details will appear exactly the same on all devices.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (where applicable).

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept payment through Shopify’s supported payment providers.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframes stated at checkout.

  • Shipping costs will be displayed before you finalise your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once your order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us within a reasonable time with details and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of SOEM / Soem Society and may not be copied or used without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
